Smokey, a young cowboy of the 19th century old west, meets young Chief Two-face who is reputed to be other untrustworthy, but Smokey thinks he can trust everybody. 2. They laugh and joke and become fast iends. 3. They discuss going hunting. 4. The hunt begins. 5. Game is sighted, both shoot. Smokey's llet downs the game, and the Indian is secretly enraged 6.Later in the day while they are hunting again, wo-face points in the sky to some flying game and suggests Smokey aim. for it. 7. But as soon as Smokey has rned his back, Two-face attacks him with his tomahawk. 8. Smokey fights back bravely. 9. A clean, fairinded American youth he doesnt want to kill anyone so he subdues Two-face and gets his promise that he will have. 10. But as soon as Two-face is loose, he grabs up his tomahawk and begins once again to attack Smo-

key. Smokey draws his revolver realizing that as much as he detests to do so he must shoot the Indian, but Twoface kicks the revolver from his hand. 11. Smokev arabs up his rifle just as Two-face is about to scalp him and discharges it into the Indian's abdomen. 12. As Two-face falls mortally wounded he grabs his bow and shoots an arrow into Smokey's heart, who realizes all too late the error of making friends with strangers. THE END.
